Motorcycle Turntables for Sale
Are you tired of trying to turn your motorcycle around in your garage or other storage area? Please wait for the above Animated GIF to load so you may see the demonstration of the turntable.
Now there is a motorcycle turntable that will allow you to turn your motorcycle around in crowded areas and point it back out the door. Ride on to the turntable, turn your motorcycle and ride off. It's that easy!
The turntable requires only an 8 foot clear diameter (less if your motorcycle is smaller) to operate. The turntable is only 3/4" high off the floor so you do not need much extra leg length to stabilize your bike. The turntable bearing operates freely and the table doubles as a loading ramp. When not in use the table and bearing may be easily stored standing upright along the wall of your garage. The turntable has been tested with full deckers and operates easily even with 800 or more pounds of weight on the table.
The turntable allows two full size motorcycles to be turned and stored in a single car garage. In our garage my wife drives in first, turns and parks her motorcycle on the right side of the garage near the front, then she realigns the turntable for me. I ride in and turn my motorcycle then park my motorcycle on the left side of the garage. My garage is 10 ft. 7 inches wide by 22 ft. long and contains lots of other stuff as you can see from the photo. The overall length of my motorcycle is 94.5 inches and the wheelbase is 66.1 inches.
Please note that we are now able to supply a wider turntable for those motorcycles with a very wide rear tire. The turntable is available by special order only.
Operating Instructions:
Place the turntable near the back of your garage or storage area and check to ensure you have enough clearange to swing your motorcycle. Centre the table on the bearing and align the table with your motorcycle before carefully driving your motorcycle onto the table. If the rear wheel strikes the edge of the table back up until the front wheel is centred over the bearing and slightly twist the handlebars to realign the table. Move forward until the mororcycle is balanced on the table and both ends of the table are off the floor then put on the front brake to hold the motorcycle in position. Shut off your ignition or put your motorcycle in neutral then gently start rotating the motorcycle using your legs to turn the whole assembly. Be careful not to push too hard because once the motorcycle is put in motion it moves extremely easily and can turn around further and faster that you might want. Align the motorcycle with the door or where you wish to park it then gently roll off the table and park your motorcycle.
